Happy Monday, team!

I’m so excited to share that

and I are preparing the roll out of the real-deal Ground, Nourish, Breathe platform — and it’s freaking awesome.

Beginning in August, you can join us for group coaching, somatic and restorative practices, and the most amazing nutrition education. We’ll be dropping deets for the launch party soon, so stay tuned!

But today, it’s another Monday where I’m trying to bang out all the things — and once again deeply grateful for this practice. I find that the simple act of linking my breath to movement is a fast-track to stopping the spin in my head and helping me re-focus for the day on what’s important. (For me, that’s delight in the form of coffee, being present for my kids, and showing up for the work projects that matter to me.)
