At such a crazy time, it feels good to protect and nurture.

Happy fourth of July, if that’s a thing you celebrate! I’m feeling… complicated about my experience in the US right now, as I am sure many of us are. It’s a wild time, to say the least.

So I offer this Breathe practice that includes a gentle outer hip opener, with lots of options, as a quiet antidote to this big, loud world out there. This is a great time to go in, feel feelings, and allow our bodies to get quiet.
