If I were to get a tattoo on my forehead — the message I would want everyone to deeply hear and feel — it would be this: Your body has capacity for change. That’s it.
We continue this week’s Breathe practice with more mantra work, because I really do find it life changing. While it might seem silly, simply creating space for rest and allowing a concept to wash over your breath practice can have a profound effect.
